Allegro

To produce Melchiori Allegro craft apple cider we use a well-balanced blend of apples, prevalently red variety.

It is full-bodied but delicate, moderately dry but smooth and well-rounded. This was one of the first ciders that were produced by Melchiori cidery.

fine and persistent
Pairings:
great as aperitif, perfect with white meat or fish.
