This cider is made from yellow apples and enriched by ginger infusion during fermentation. Spicy and aphrodisiac, it cleans up the mouth and leaves a delicate ginger aftertaste.

it matches well with meat and second courses with strong flavours such as roast, game, tortel di patate (an iconic dish of Trentino’s cuisine, a sort of cake made with potatoes) and seasoned cheese.
