Melchiori Cuvèe craft apple cider is produced with a well-balanced blend of freshly picked apples. Yellow apples outnumber red ones. Slow ripening and a particular liqueur d’expédition make this cider sweet but at the same time crisp, bold, and complex.
A period of 5 months aging precedes disgorging.

for a classy or informal aperitif, perfect with shellfish or delicate cured meats, it pairs well with light soups and white meat as well.
